Company Basics
1.  Any employee we hire needs to be a comfortable using computers and Microsoft PC products. While we are not looking for Bill Gate's level Programmers, computers are used for our phones, production machines, sales and shipping. We are happy to teach you our systems, but we have no positions for non-computer users.

Jr.Web Designer/ Graphic Artist:


Looking for the right person to help us make improvements to our websites, and assist with graphics and production.  This could be a great start to a career as a graphic artist, web designer and more. You will add to your existing portfolio with real-world commercial work while helping us with improve our websites, printed information, and actual products sent to customers.  While you will learn much from our pioneering Internet company, you must possess excellent basic to intermediate computer and business skills. You will be trained to use our vinyl graphics plotter, commercial embroidery machine, sublimation and heat press to turn customer ideas into actual products. 

On our websites, much time will be spent installing, modifying and improving product pictures, YouTube, formating content and making improvements throughout all our websites. We use the Adobe Creative cloud so you will have access to hottest Adobe products - as they roll out.


The following skills are required:

Work Experience

* 1+ years experience in Web Design in Dreamweaver (Your experience can be combined with school training)

* Experience with PhotoShop and Illustrator  We are looking for intermediate skills and above.

* Strong understanding of CSS / HTML

* Portfolio of previous projects (school products are allowed for review)

* Microsoft Office skills Including Word, Excel, Outlook

* An understanding of social media, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and others.

* Comfortable with a wide variety of changing projects and tasks.

Web Designer / Graphic Artist


Looking for a experienced designer progressing or returning to the industry. Someone that not only recognizes and makes needed fixes to our family of websites, but also is on top of industry developments so our company can make the most cost effective improvements to increase revenue. Unlike larger company's I.T., graphics and marketing departments, most work is done in-house by just a couple of people - not scattered or sent to third-party vendors for vague results and unclear accountability. Your completion of tasks and projects is key to small business success. You will also help the company analyze ROI by tracking website progress and improvements. If you like a challenging opportunity and really want to put your stamp on a successful portfolio - show us what you've got.

We use the Adobe Creative Cloud so you will have access to hottest Adobe products - as they roll out. Our facility has a small studio area for product work and video.


The following skills are required:

* 3+ years experience in web design (We use Adobe Suite)

* 3+ years experience with PhotoShop & Illustrator skills intermediate and above

* Experience with flash or other Adobe animation products.

* Strong understanding of CSS / HTML

* Portfolio

* Experience working for E-Commerce in the Windows environment

Customer Service / Office Assistant:

We need  reliable people help with order entry, order taking and keeping the orders moving through the system. We are looking for a quick learner with excellent computer skills who can also help keep the office organized through the chaotic ever-changing work day.  Our customers come from many different backgrounds, industries and skill levels and they look to us to make there lives easier. Customer Service helps them find the right products, organizes their wants into detailed orders and reduces the time our management team has to trouble shoot orders so they can focus on company growth.


The following skills are required:


* Office Work Experience

* Excellent phone skills with a pleasant demeanor to create detailed messages and order taking.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills to an intermediate level including: Word, Outlook, and Excel (Access a plus)

* Ability to work well with spreadsheets, merging data, cleaning up data errors so products install smoothly on our websites.

* You write well and proofread your work preventing a typo or grammar error from leaving the office.

* A comfortable Internet user that enjoys using the Internet for information and research.

* Types over 35 WPM

* Enjoys learning new things and can explain those things to customers

* Likes working on and completing projects in an organized way to streamline the backshop.


Ideal candidates would also have:


 An interest or background in Emergency Preparedness, Safety, First Aid, EMS, Fire, Medical or related areas.


Sales and Marketing

In today's economy, many talented people have been sidelined. Furthermore with sales and marketing automation, staff are solicited less for innovative sales approaches in favor of a "just add water" marketing package. For us it is important that sales and marketing are tied together for results.

Social Media Specialist


Job Description

More and more, retail customers are changing the Internet by using a host social media sites, blog postings and smart devices to mold their lifestyle and purchasing decision.  Our company is looking for a social media specialist to fill the position of our first Social Media Guru.


This position will manage the day-to-day tasks of the CMS, Inc's social media requirements.  Needed is a self-starter with leadership skills, strategic planning, and a mastery of social media are a must. You will work with the owners to help create the social networking strategy and focus on the company channels to improve traffic, and promote the company and websites as an information leader.   We will be creating and implementing a schedule to regular posts and updates for FaceBook, Twitter, Blogs, web articles, YouTube and more.


Applicant should be a self-motivated individual, fluent in strategy, technical execution and analytics for all aspects of social media: email marketing and messaging, Other duties for this role include: usage tracking and reporting, account and contract management, community management, content development, and any other needs as they arise!


Ideal candidates will have skills in marketing communications, journalism or advertising. You love to write and proofread content. They will be full of ideas and examples they would like to use for our type of websites. Prior experience with social media and samples of past projects required. If you see nothing missing from our existing websites before we meet, this is not a good fit.
